Hello everyone, I discovered Madwin a few days ago and I bought a lot of credits that I played on batch cache.
I had the chance to discover the loot box and choose a lot.
(I took a LAGRANGE yogurt maker).
For five days my batch was on hold and now it is marked as "Not informed"?
Could you tell me if that's normal, I'm new, so that's it.

For identity control, this makes sense. If most landlords are honest about the payment, some do not hesitate to create ghost accounts, hence the need to check. In the family, we all have an account, so the same address, but not the same names (4 members and 3 names: reconstituted family). Only one of the family names is in the directory, so it is easily verifiable. For the other members, no trace of existence, if it is not a verification by request from Madwin to justify the veracity of the information (real existence of the person) by request for a copy of the identity card. This is proof that this site is serious! For pending statuses, patience is required. What we found very nice was Madwin's attitude towards out-of-stock situations: a win on the raffle window, so at few Madpoints, is refunded in case of out-of-stock condition. But they refund it back to its value from the Gift Showcase, i.e. not far from 10 times the stake! It wasn't my brother's name but my brother's, but we share gifts, compare our scores as a family,..... Disappointed not to have the gift, but delighted to see the prize pool grow in size! THANK YOU

no problem reported but still no answer yet and you can't even cancel your order because its mark no order recorded when you click on cancelled

I got this as a response from customer
service. The uninformed status means that this gift is waiting for validation by the administrator. The status of your gift will be updated as soon as the validation is effective.
We remain at your entire disposal.

Team //for a gift won on September 26th, I sent the question a few days later and the customer service answered me on October 2nd. Since then, the status has always been "uninformed".
The administrator should move a little bit:)

I have the same problem but it takes longer than its hard and on several gifts win or order and when you click on cancel his brand no order record and the points are debited... as for customer service still no answers then in my opinion do not expect to have your gifts good day to you.

But as I am new and I see this status it is normal that I ask myself questions especially that I am impatient to receive my prize! π Good
