What I did to make sure I didn't miss any won gifts is
that I made the "earnings tracking" page a favorite.
So every time I want to connect, I see immediately if there is a new gain to my credit.

Usually we have only a few days between the status "pending" and "validated". But I often discover that I won "by chance" by going to the prizes won page.
It would be a good idea to have a pop-up or a message directly on the site that warns us that we have won a prize (at the raffle for example)

I'm a little surprised by this message, usually I exchange gifts 48 hours after the win.
Try to contact customer service who will probably be able to give you more information

I sometimes win gifts at raffle windows but these are small prizes that I would like to redeem for points. When I do it the same day when I see that I have won the gift it works, but if I wait a little while, the gift is already validated and I can no longer exchange it. However, there are days when I can't connect and I only discover the next day a gift that I can't change anymore (in general it's the mobile flower attachment, which doesn't interest me, I already have one and I don't use it, but the amount of equivalent points interests me). I would like us to have 2 or 3 days to exchange gifts for points.
