Anyone wishing to become a member of the MadWin website undertakes to duly complete the registration form by providing personal information (surname and first name) and exact contact details. Only one registration on the MadWin website per person (same name, first name, address) will be accepted. The Organising Company may, at any time, ask the player to send a photocopy of an identity document in order to ensure the accuracy of the information entered by the player at the time of registration and, in particular, the player's age.
