, I'm in the same situation... 1 DVD sent on April 14 and still not arrived in the Vosges. The customer service tells me to wait but if it has "fallen off the truck" as they say in the jargon of the carriers I can probably mourn my gift: -(
This being said it is my first Madwin gift - ñ no luck - but I have been playing on Quoverbis for more than 4 years and I have always received my prizes
