it seems to me to have read that we can only transfer our madloto points to another of the dreamcentury sites. it is therefore impossible to transfer the cadovillage points to madwin?

It is not possible to do this kind of action.

We can just transfer our "MadLoto" points to MadWin... On condition that both sites are linked to the same account.
