Sorry for your lost lots by mail see same stolen by themselves 😈

I made an example of it and suffered it at the beginning of this year by our friends from the post office 😈

All the lots we receive do not go through Madwin, so it is clear that for them it is impossible to provide us with tracking numbers.

All the batches according to their values are delivered against signature, consequently, if nothing comes I strongly advise you to put you in contact with the customer service of Madwin by communicating them the batches sent of which you will find all the details in the suvi section of your earnings. Only they will be able to contact their supplier to start a procedure at the post office.

A council weapon of patience !! Because when the post recognizes that she made a mistake! You must not be in a hurry for a compensation on their part 😈

FYI, my problem I had with them to start in late December 2006 and I had the refund after five months (458 €).

Hello to all the team and especially to the Madwin gift shipping services.
this suggestion is for you.
too often the post office has lost my packages (already 3 harry potter sent and no receipt) and 2 returned.
what would be nice to add in the earnings tracking for the big prizes sent in tracked packages is the tracking number so that we know where to find more than just the customer
service than you think??
